About The Author
Bultúr Aura, born Taylor Phelps, was raised for 10 years in Delta Utah from 91 to 01 where they experienced persecution being a Baptist family in a Latter Day Saints town. In 01, their parents moved them to Southern Arizona, just before the tragedy that went down in infamy in September. In Arizona, they were more free to seek other ideas without fear. Not long after arriving to Arizona, Taylor began showing interest in the Occult, yet still did so in hiding; their parents worried about deviant behavior.
The first 9 years in Arizona, Taylor seeked an alternative answers to the questions that stirred; why are we here and where do we come from?The traditional Christian answers they were given, never seemed right. Taylor did find a lot of hope in the neopagan paradigm, however new issues arose. With the growth of the Internet, Taylor was able to research the growing information about pagan pantheons, mythology and philosophy. Yet, in the community, had faced Gatekeepers, making engagement impossible.
After not being seen fit for service with the US Army, receiving an uncharacterized discharge. This period sparked a turning point in Taylor’s life; His Mom, Sue, passed just before going to basic training from breast cancer, left him to spiral for a few years, marking the start of a gap in Taylor’s aspirations. By 23 years old, Taylor gets themself out of the downward spiral and met their Life Partner, leading to their first child. At 25, things were back in full swing and Taylor’s ability to search for they seeked was great as well. For almost 7years they worked overnight security with a lot of time to read!
In 2020, while working as a County Correctional Officer, Taylor caught COVID 19. After isolation and a hospitalization leading to a permanent heart condition, Taylor may had been revealed the answers they seeked. Years following, they questioned all parts of what they found and have concluded that it’s important and must be shared. After about a year of being an Administrator for Walmart’s fulfillment center, I left to be a stay at home dad and do what I love. I became a self made Book Binder, Writer and Practitioner.
Five years of dedicated research and work has led Taylor to where they are now; revealing and sharing the insights, experiences and knowledge that they have to offer!
